Cooked school lunch is available every day, freshly prepared in our school kitchen, with a range of daily menu options available.
Autumn 2020: as part of our control measures for re-opening school during the Coronavirus pandemic all children will be having a packed lunch, eaten in their classrooms.
Our school kitchen will be offering a healthy menu of different packed lunch options for parents who would like to order a school lunch - please see the current menu below.
Lunches currently cost £2.30 per day, and should be ordered in advance. Payment for school lunch is made on Mondays - either directly to the school office or by children handing payment to their class teacher (please put payments in a sealed envelope with your child's class and name on the outside).
Universal Infant Free School Meals
School lunch is available free of charge to all children in F1 (reception year), Year 1 and Year 2. We will still need notification from parents at the start of each week as to whether children in these classes will be having a cooked lunch or not.
Even though a free lunch is available to all pupils in F1, Y1 and Y2 we still need to ask parents and carers to notify us if they would qualify for free school meals under the previous system, because of low family income. This is because of the potential impact on the funding that school s receive from the government. If you have any queries please contact the school office.
Children may also bring in a packed lunch. Children eat together in the school hall with other members of their year group.
